I believe the management has been forthcoming and honest with their PR's. Yes they have missed some filing deadlines, which happens when your putting out fires. I believe they are prioritizing what is giving them the most bang for the buck. Hence staying on site in Philly to fix issues. It's the issues or problems, they don't PR about or mention that can be worrisome , but I have faith they will see this thru and get it up and running. GLTA
