If they RS and buyback it does make sense cause there still getting the same SP as pre split and maybe even cheaper. Also higher SP looks more attractive and safer bet for more investors than triplle 0 stocks. They do have news coming but I don't think any kind of news will move this stock at this point. We been getting news for 2 years, not gonna change now. There probably going to announce they will be uplisting to otcqb, or maybe a few signed contracts, what they really need to do is lower the share structure. But imo news that is coming won't move this signifcantly.
