Why validate with Ameritrade if we dont use them? Other brokers are trading, this was their own choice as ASimEE stated. Doesnt really matter.

I never once said I didn't believe that TD was not allowing the trade of HNSS... maybe read my posts before replying?

As for the SEC inquiry... keep up the good work, can't wait to see your DD. It better have verifiable information or, by your own standards, we will not be able to believe any of it.

If there is in fact an investigation going on it appears to me that that someone has in fact been caught and that is why the stop at Ameritrade...HNSS would have no legal grounds to announce a thing as they are probably in a situation with the investigators and cannot say a word,That means no PRs or anything until this is over..They cant..Now as far as a statement from Mr Black..Dont even look for it as I am sure that this board and others are in fact being monitored for SLANDER AND LIBLE,,Of course that all depends on the statements here that an investigation is ongoing..There was a post on another board this past week regarding the bloggers that did in fact lose in court for just that..They wouldnt put a stop trade on a company if something fishy was happening,,I am assuming that the sec is in fact watching this I am not slandering anything I am merely supposeing as you all have posted so many derogatory statements about this company..If the shorting and manipulation is in fact coming from ameritrade well what is you problem Do you think this hasnt happened before You ned to do some homework if you think otherwise Go look ata few companies that were in fact manipulated by huge trading houses
