I believe it can be directly attributed to unprofessionalism and inexperience at doing some things in a proper business manner. I don't doubt Matin's good intentions or progress to date, just his abilities to market the stock and company to the public. A good leader knows when to hand the reign of a job over to someone more qualified to do that job. Hopefully Matin has done so by getting OTClive involved. I know they do offer complete IR packages, hopefully that is what he has hired them to do, I suspect it is. Hence the reason for the seemingly redundant PR stating their involvement, which I believe OTClive was the souce of origin, not VLVT.
