What qualifies the Prodec deal as a disaster?

Were ASI, Flagman, Alexian all disasters?

Prodec a disaster? Didn't Spencer negotiate and sign the deal? Didn't he take $50,000 from Prodec? Who terminated the deal? Didn't Prodec sue GOSY? Didn't Prodec win? Didn't Spencer pay Prodec $84,000? Seems the court in GA ruled that GOSY violated the agreement and had to pay. So yes, it was a disaster--thanks to Martin Spencer's incompetence. IMO
