Let's see. Spencer realized the Big Apple deal was a scam and ended it in Feb. 2007. He fired Macleod in Sept. 2007. Why did he wait SEVEN MONTHS to fire the dishonest Macleod? Either Macleod was not dishonest or Spencer was incompetent for retaining him for seven more months. IMO
