Last time I will explain this, that injunction was thrown out by the court and the sale proceeded and now Treaty is the owner of the Paradise concession.
Then Saum and the other scammer filed another injunction against the sellers to stop them from getting the payment or stock. That second injunction has no bearing on Treaty or the Paradise concession, now that may not be what you want to hear but that's the way it is...
So Treaty owns Paradise and no legal issues are pending for Treaty from the transaction...
