MILESTONES

August 2008 - Bagdad Detainee Property Warehouse (DPW) Contract awarded to inventory,
secure, and oversee the personal property of 60,000 detainees. STS provided approximately
$1 million in services under DPW.


December 2008 -Evermedia Biometrics Corporation signs Memorandum of Understanding
with The Peter Kiewit Institute of the University of Nebraska in regards to advancing current
knowledge in the area of biometric technology.

March 2009 -Teaming Agreement signed with EDS, an HP company, to provide support
services for the U. S. Army's Biometrics Operations and Support Services-Unrestricted
(BOSS-U) contract. BOSS-U is a multiple award contract run by the US Department of
Defense’s Biometric Task Force. The contract has a maximum ceiling dollar value of $497
million and a base period of three years with two, one-year options. The contract objectives
are to obtain a broad range of services, solutions and contract types to fulfill the majority of
component and departmental biometric services needs.

April 2009 -Joint venture agreement signed with Nations ID to develop multimodal Match
on Card (MOC) applications. MOC is the process of sending biometric characteristics such
as a fingerprint and/or an iris image from a recognition device to a card that has embedded in
it encrypted templates of such characteristics. The templates are stored only on the card and
not on a database. If the card is lost or stolen, it will be rendered useless as it requires the
accompanying fingerprint and/or iris image to be effective.

July 2009 -Awarded a subcontract with Stanley, Inc. to service the U.S. General Services
Administration (GSA) Alliant Contract. Alliant is a 10-year multiple award/indefinitedelivery,
indefinite-quantity (MA/IDIQ) Alliant contract carries a $50 billion ceiling for all
awardees, it includes a five-year base and one five-year option period. With its emphasis on
integrated Information Technology (IT) solutions, Alliant enables Federal and Department of
Defense agencies alike with streamlined access to a broad range of management and
technical support services.

July 2009 -Strategic alliance agreement signed with Blue River Information Technology, a
Virginia-based, consulting services and hardware provider. Blue River provides data storage
solutions, IT consulting, sales, finance and marketing to top tier government and corporate
customer bases.

August 2009 -Teaming agreement signed with Biometric Associates, LP (BAL) to assist
with the development of Match on Card (MOC) technology. Biometric Associates is a
unique developer, manufacturer, and integrator of authentication and identity systems
specifically designed to provide a high level of security and privacy protection.

October 2009 -Subcontract awarded by Serrrano IT Services, Inc. to service the US
Department of Homeland Security (DHS), PACTS services contract. Carrying a $1.5 billion
ceiling, the subcontract provides that STS supply fiber optic security, surveillance systems,
personnel/vehicle access control, and emergency planning services.


December 2009 -Subcontract awarded by Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., a division
of Honeywell International to service a $22,426,474 Department of Defense (DoD)/Defense
Logistics Agency (DLA) contract. STS’s portion under the subcontract is primarily in the
areas of fuel handling and gauge replacement in tanks.

September 2010 -Subcontract awarded by Stanley, Inc. to provide security services to the
Global Support Strategy (GSS) contract issued by the U.S. State Department. Carrying a
$2.8 billion ceiling, STS was included to provide business process support services for
immigrant and non-immigrant support services at U.S. embassies and consulates.
