This was never stated. He stated there wouldn't be one in 2011. You can't rule this out. Constructive communication isn't hurting anything. This board is about SEEK and that is what we are discussing here in a civil manner.

Additionally I would like to end a rumor circulating regarding our public stock and a reverse stock split. I can say with absolute certainty that there will be NO reverse split of our stock through the end of 2011. While I obviously cannot tell what the future holds, I am personally against reverse stock splits and see no value in doing one at this point.

You just have to keep all possibilities open here. Even a 1 for 4 R/S wouldn't be bad. As long as he didn't dilute the **** out of us, but why would he when the business is making money?

I personally hope there is NO R/S; but I'm a realist and know there is a possibility it will happen, whether ever so slight or not.

i was under the impression that he said 2011. no mention of 2012. can you help clarify this.DISCLAIMER: i am adding today no matter what the answer is, but i do like to keep the facts straight.
