dmlabuda you were way wrong on when you bought at .42 and said it was going to .70 why would it be any different this time. Your statements about dilution are naive to put it politely. It clearly shows you have very little experience in trading stocks especially diluted POS penny stocks.

"Because the price has apparently already discounted any effect of dilution."

I think you have it backwards, the dilution discounted the price or worse yet there hasn't been any dilution yet and the smart money left before anymore dilution. What happens if tomorrow all the buys are met with unlimited shares? Think of it like swimming upstream against a current that keeps getting stronger. Problem is you don't know and won't know. What you do know is the dilution will continue right thru the next reverse split with no regard for you or any of the shareholders. The nice name for it is called turning debt into equity.

Do you even know how to tell what the dilution rate is?
Do you know what the OS, AS and float is? What was the OS last week or a month ago? If you don't know you shouldn't be playing with a diluted POS Penny stock? Your limited knowledge and more limited experience is enough to get you and anyone listening to your dribble, into trouble and lose money.

I certainly don't understand your kind of technical analysis. pps down = good. If it goes up, will it be bad?
