Mappo is way off here. If ken doesn't follow through with the distribution he will be opening himself and the consent to litigation

I was in before that. Long before that cut off date. And still no BVIG shares. So now that Ken has lifted other properties to BVIG, what will I get for this move? Surely going on past history, nothing. And don't forget there were to be 2 companies, one Gold BVIG and KATX for the rest. Well Seems like we got lied to, used, abused and then raped in this whole scam. And that is exactly what this is. A shell game scam moving assets with no word or compensation. In fact, to me it is out right theft.

Splash59 ----- Yes, I owned shares since beginning of 2010.
The question is:
1. It has been almost 15 months since July 16th 2010. What if some former shareholders closed their trade accounts and moved ? How then to distribute and locate the former shareholders ?
2. What if indeed the Gov said the distribution can't be done, then what ?
3. Let say there are 80m shares for distribution, would it be easier and better just to spread these 80m shares just for the existing shareholders ?
This is just for discussions, no offense.
The truth will eventually comes out, so,
any thoughts ?
