#34005 RE: ZincFinger #33999

i believe manshoon was talking specifically about kim thompson not every ceo on the face of the earth....

"The idea that a CEO is the only determinant of the SP is not even remotely plausible, IMHO"

in this case, specifically kblb, it is not only highly plausable, it is in fact, highly accurate imo...

and im not talking in the extreme....just as making a statement about kim does not mean its all the same for every ceo on the face of the earth, saying kim is responsible for the pps does not mean that he is the "only determinant" factor....but yes as a one man show in charge of it all, the buck stops there since there is no where else for it to go...

October 2010... listen to the conference call. Kim made it extremely obvious that the scientific journal publication was entirely on Dr Fraser's schedule. Kim said he would prefer it not come out for to keep the competition in the shadows, but the scientists wanted to publish... he made it clear it would be done when they were finished writing it and perfecting it. Early (EARLY) this year Ben Hansel told me he understood the publication to be mostly complete. I asked Kim about it, which I reported to the board, and Kim said he expected it (along with gen 2 completion) in the "early fall"(or "fall" might have been).

The idea that a CEO is the only determinant of the SP is not even remotely plausible, IMHO.

I think you know what I meant.
