I don't get the filing either. Is it a company guarantee of ".05" cents with the expectation that it will be that price for the previous 10 days? I'm confused now. Are they expecting a spike on news? A spike at all or are they just saying it will be a nickel at the least? How could they say that? That would be significant for sure!
