The reason why SGCP imported the Paulownia from Australia? Well, the price of the Paulownia timber varies with the quality of the wood. Good to know is Paulownia timber is graded A-free of defects/B-may have one defect/C&D-may have two defects/E-wood with 3 or more defects. China timber ranges from $250(grade E)-$550(grade A1) per cubic meter. High Australian timber quality may cost as $2,000 per cubic meter.

Thanks TOSCA. Reminds me of something John told me the first time I called him.

I asked John how he feels about the future of SGCP. Where will we be in 5 years, 10 years? He told me, "Charlie, we're building a conglomerate corporation".

I stll think we have a good chance of getting there. Not on my timeline though, unfortunately, but then, I'm not the one over there putting in all the blood and sweat and tears.

Hey, that was a good band reference... maybe a little "god bless the child" would be fitting. "god bless the child, that's got his own, that's got his own..."
