Again ... Latrode said he had a convo with IR in which IR told Latrode that the Conversion of the Notes for $3.1+ million was at the option of DTRO.

This information from IR was WRONG as the filings for DTRO show that conversion is at the option of the NOTE HOLDER.
Got it???

AND .. if IR is WRONG about the terms of the Notes, can IR be trusted to provide good information on whether or not the some or all of the Notes have been converted??
