Not me who talked to IR for DTRO and got the FALSE information about the conversion terms of the notes. That was latrode's call to IR.

But the financials obviously show that IR was WRONG and either lied or isn't too bright.

Pauscary,

I think this debate has to do with a post from Lat that has since been edited by him. Reading between the lines, I'm assuming the original post said something about DTRO having control over when the conversion, if the holder chose to do so, would take place.

Maybe E and Lat could enlighten the rest of us?

E pounced and pointed out how this would not be true. He then insinuated shares May have been converted and May have been sold. However, unless there are FACTS to prove otherwise, I don't believe anyone knows the answer to this.

As to the general question regarding the Coversion price, I don't think it's that unusual for a company seeking financing to offer incentives to investors. Appears, from my research, that convertible notes almost always provide a premium to the holder for taking the risk. They are also quite common with start ups and other small companies trying to secure financing. I believe a penny stock company is likely considered in this category.

For someone to take a $3.15M risk on a company that we have relentlessly been told is losing money every month, is poorly managed, doesn't communicate well, is DIE-luting daily, etc they presumably have confidence in what the company is planning to do.

I'm not sure how the conversion process works but my assumption is some sort of filing would be done to inform the shareholders of a conversion. I'm guessing, not stating FACTS. Hopefully others here can enlighten me on the process.

I thought someone had mentioned previously that this Note is likely held by Radikal. If that is the case, what incentive do they have to try to liquidate/dillute since they are apparently involved in a joint venture with Blu Vu?

It's not logical, but maybe there's something I'm missing. If you're inclined to look for the negatives and attempt to create fear for whatever your agenda may be, then looking at a large note and theorizing on what could go wrong with it is certainly a good place to start.
