It's simple. The filings & C/E removal will come in their own time. Could be today,tomorrow or next week,etc,etc....!
The exact time is irrelevant. When they do arrive, this stock is going to take off nicely. People need to stock up now. Those who don't invest during this waiting period are going to be "left behind" ! :-)

Exactly. Bunch of idle stocks starting to move, as usual this time of year, and the exto news is coming eventually, creating a move.
