I think it is a positive step forward... negotiations in place, Company also has two (2) films in the latter stages of production...I do not see it as a step back

Very positive, I have more confident that Lux will close the merger. PPS is a bargain considering the potential; new year pps get back to .01 area again. IMO

Basically it was stated in the 10k LUXD has enough money to operate for the next year @ a minimum! R/m talks in progress and 2 new films due out shortly!! All good by me. IMO,glta
