Albert Reda, 65, of Tustin, Calif. (Treasurer of 1st Global Financial), charged with mail and wire fraud.





This guy was also a majority shareholder in CBJG...which ended up being garbage and suspected of pump and dump. I know because I was a large bagholder on that play and scoured the financials to try to figure out what was going on and his name came up and I could never find out how he shuffled everything around. Then he pops up here. I wonder how many other companies he has committed fraud in.
