Marani couldn't help them back then...

Only a US trading symbol might benefit Tropical...If they did a reverse merger cheap enough...

Marani threw the 10 mil preferred shares into that last Nevada filing change while it has never been put in any past SEC filings...And if the insiders were selling then they shouldn't have had a majority to bless 10 mil preferred shares out of the blue without a shareholder vote...

Gotta watch em close...LJ
