If it is MAXM right now who they are using to sell shares so be it. Shareholders are not selling 95% of the shares be sold, the company is. While I understand it is in lieu of revenue at this point I hope CP Baker can step in with a more shareholder-friendly financing solution. As soon as that happens we should see upward movement in the pps. Until it does happen though we likely go nowhere.
