I see in the agreement with LG that bmspf will be producing pellets by 2012. If the plant site is zoned as forrestry and not industrial doesnt that present itself as an obstacle? I don't know how things are in Canada but I know from personal expierience here that trying to get an area rezoned can be a very long a painstaking process. I would think that things may be even more difficult in Canada.
