PHAR started of as a transperant pink and made its objectives clear to uplist to the higher exchanges and is already on the job by retaining the accounting firm Labrozzi & company PA...which has already started the audit on PHARMSTAR and its operations!.Since we hold so much of the float..those we see in the count are the actual major shareholders of the common stock!.The total shareholders mean almost nothing now since they number something like 3,712 ...most of them are here because of the reverse merger into the shell company..and their number must have hugely dwindled and their holding also is not much in PHAR!!.

Dilution had always been a favourite with some..but the company said no dilution and further reinforced that by doing the opposite ...that is the share reduction...50% that is which is huge!.

There are some theories ..one of which had been playing in my mind for quite some time ..but any and all theories are just that..theories till proven!.

lets see what happens when the float count goes up in our favour....probably a storm is in the offing!!.

In the absence of demand, a manipulative retail seller that has at least the minimum quotable shares left in his tank can hold the price down to just above bid support. Currently there is not enough demand to strip the sellers’ of their shares at the ASK and BID support has a hard time rising above 0.008. So here we sit. This is simple supply and demand at the current share structure. I do not see dilution.

More and more I am coming to believe that the share price will not advance until mid to late next year unless these sellers are separated from their shares before then. They still seem more interested in small money now over big money later. All traders have their reasons. To their credit the massive selling at the BID has ceased for now.

This board is chock full of folks claiming their core holdings to be long until at least product launch. Unfortunately, the necessary combination of both desire and ware withal to strip the remaining 20M to 30M shares at the ASK is missing today. This is understandable. With the nearly unabated selling all summer, why not just sit on a low BID and let sellers come to you; save some cash and still collect the shares. The trend has been clear. Due in large part to the share count project, this dynamic appears to be changing. Knowledge and information are powerful things. If this count is even close to accurate, we all can see the effective float has diminished dramatically. The tide feels like it is beginning to turn.

You have done your DD. You know what you own. You know the value of the intellectual property. You know the sales potential. You have already experienced the extraordinary support management has shown to the minority shareholders in the form of decreased share count by retirement of shares. Once we see quarter after quarter of increasing sales and profits, a significant share price increase in the mid and long term is inevitable.

So I ask each of you to consider the following: What value do you place on increasing the share price near term? What are you both willing and able to do about it? This is supply and demand. The supply is diminished but not exhausted. Massive demand is still months away. Persuading the current sellers to wait and seek significantly higher prices seems unlikely. The remaining tools come down to; 1) becoming the demand by purchasing the sellers’ shares and 2) placing higher bids to limit downward moment on the ASK.

Just something to think about.
