Nah, there won't be any uplisting to the Nasdaq if they wait for a 4 dollar share price. Won't happen in 2012. No way. They need to RS the stock at some point if they wanna go to the Nas. 2 years back many chinese small caps did this and it was no problem at all. It is different if a penny stock scam does a RS or a hugely profitable small cap company. Of course times changed since then and I'm not saying that the market cares for any profitable china stock right now but without doing a RS they will not go to the Nas anytime in the next 2 years IMO.
People need to get a bit realistic here. People are dreaming about uplisting and at the same time they don't want to see a RS but then again at the same time the stock makes new low's every week lately.

And all of you astute investors should already know what happens after a R/S to PPS.
I'd rather no R/S and wait longer on the uplist as opposed to R/S to uplist quicker. When interest recovers in the sector the P/E's will raise
