That must be someone that helped with some early financing of the company and now wanting out. If that was filed about 3 weeks ago, hopefully we've gone through a good portion of these shares already, and hopefully they're not selling all 400,000 shares.

It is sad to see my fellow "Angel Investor" (if that is who it is) bailing out of SMKY, but in this economy there may be very limited investment income left for him. I am hanging on with great hopes and continue my positive expectations.
I can't wait for the full menu of SMKY. For those that have only had the Salmon, expect truly delicious and more affordable ribs and such. For those that are somehow still enjoying some of the ribs..as far as I know, they have been frozen for years! What does that mean? Not only is Eddie's smoked food delicious, it can be frozen for literally years and Resurrected to STILL taste great! FYI, IMO the current Salmon (which as you know is awesome)was only a little better than the two year old Salmon. This is a testament to the packaging, processing and refrigeration as well as Eddies cooking. This IS a solid product and an exciting Christmas gift. Keep the faith.
