Yes, that is a small amount of debt to related parties, i.e. company officers....who have loaned money to the company.

The difference is with outside debt, which could lead to bankruptcies/loss of share control to outside entities.

Do you have any OTCBB companies at all yet with no debt of that kind?

I think you said that 99% of them would be in that category.
