Just to keep the board balanced, i will also repost my standard reply to this:

i dont think anyone would buy Musclepharm...a $20million revenue and big loss making company... for $50 mil.

But even if they did...it wouldnt be at 750mil OS im afraid. At the moment Brad & Cory only own circa 10% of the common stock (i dont have the patience to get the exact number right now but its about 10%). You can be sure that if a buyout offer even came they would make sure that before its accepted that they dilute this to the point where they own a far greater percentage.

And so I truly believe the OS would be in the billions by then. And even in the scenario of a buyout...that shareholders have been dreaming of for 2 years.... the common shareholders will still lose out.

That of course is also all just my opinion.
