I expect Chuck to return to posting after the New Year. From posts on other boards I gather that he is visiting relatives and taking a much needed vacation. The delay in closing of the APA apparently caused a delay in the POR. I expect we will see that in December, and expect to see a PR or stockholder letter also.
SE may not get his golden truck for a while though.
