What I have with EdawrdsJones is not what you might think and I wont go into deails since there are way too many jerks here and I have zero desire to give them any ammo to try to stop or slow things down. When it is over I will post what I have learned and what if anything I plan to do going forward.
And the T/A may not be the one to sue, I suspect/hope that Parkin gave them forged documents, if so he is who I will go after. He has the money to make it worth my time and he is reachable. The one T/A was shut down and the feds have all their paperwork, with some luck I will get a copy off the documents he filed with the T/A, the ones that would claim he did the Black Rock to AURC change. If he filed fraudulent documents I will pull in every favor I can, like the one with EdwarsJones. ;-P
