I wonder why you posted at the top of the company info that VUQO might be a scam because of a stockholder non-disclosure agreement. VuQo is a real product. Have you tried it? Are you an active shareholder? Try supporting your company and buy some product.
The conference call you reference was anounced on VuQo Facebook page, so your statement is factually wrong. My agreement to not disclose the content of conversations with management was in force before this buyout offer and the related conference call. The content of the call has since been made public as has all other company information related in conference calls.
If a potential investor were to tour a factory or sit in on a company planning session in any buisness, that person would be asked to not discuss the company buisness until the company made their information public. I have listened to many conference calls from the CEO and/or board of various companies as I hope you have as an investor. It all becomes public information.
The statement you have posted is offensive and factually untrue. Please remove it.
