Hey Eli - well as we have seen here before, back dating docs is not a problem for some - perhaps some new SOS filings are on their way - especially after your astute post.

I am scared for the GBP arrival - season in the balance here.

GOOD POINT. The articles only allow 930 Series A Preferred Shares. How does whomever wrote this PR think they can issue 995,000?

Can you really call it "stack(ing) the voting deck" when all they did was issue "nine hundred and ninety-five thousand (995,000) Series A Preferred shares to various members of the management and board in consideration of past contributions and continued services"?

What is that - like 10 billion votes?

I don't think that issuing more A's dilutes the commons any more than they are, as part of that equation is divided by the number of perferreds. So, it reads, to me, as only diluting the preferreds.

Why anyone would complain about Dean being diluted out of the equation, I have no clue. I would guess that anything Dean wanted would be the opposite of what a shareholder would want.
