That is exacly what they did, only the honest brokers actually reported it the same day. The sneaks at MICA will wait the whole 5 days to report! If they dont report til 5 days, do they still have to cover 3 days after they actually made the trade?
eg if they traded short Mon do they have to cover by the end of the day Thur?
