General.   The authorized capital stock of the Company consists of 1,000,000,000 shares of Common Stock, $0.001 par value per share, and 10,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock, no par value per share. On November 27th 2011, the Company had 69,191,023 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding and 2,500,000 shares of Preferred Stock issued and outstanding.

I don't think the t/a is gagged,not 100% sure though!

Daily Chart Analysis - The price has broken out of the large symmetrical triangle and will most likely continue to drop now in the sub penny range. LUXD - Daily Candlesticks
