There is some joke in your mention of "electrician" and "short" but seriously before you consider shorting this, look beyond Big Chunk to the Tombstone properties in So. AZ and the North Pipe uranium claims in No. AZ. Those alone could make this worth much more and may be news in the next day to 3 months.
