If you think we are going to have another housing bubble in 14 years which will triple your real estate value here, it makes sense why you think COIND is going to go parabolic to .20-.30
BTW, today's news showed that the Housing Prices fell 3.9% since last august in US. Sounds like you lost money to me. But off course, its going to be 300% gain in 14 years.
