I've actually had that conversation with Jim.

That's the plan once were trading much higher then current levels and after production starts when the company starts having cash flow.

You need to meet certain guidelines before you can list on a regular exchange like the TSXV. One of the guidelines is you need to have a certain amount of working capital for day to day operations. That won't be a problem once we start production with the LG contract.
