If they get it now they can buy a lot of the equipment and upgrades and take major tax relief this year and next.

Yes, because they are paying so much tax on all the money they've made over the last 2 years!! Its Uncle Sam's fault for their poor bottom line!

They're almost $1 million in the hole since inception. They have PLENTY of prior year tax loss relief as it is.
