Help me out here dan, i am not as knowledagable as CFG and yourself on such technical issues. You guys seem to be debating whether an 'executed' conversion is a material event and requires an 8-K???? CFG says yes and you argue that since it was disclosed that it 'could' happen then that satisfies disclosure? Is that correct? TIA Dog

Oner more thing.
what about CFG's accusation, "This information was witheld by ASFX,"? Is that an accurate assessment?
