jetsfl, it's very simple and been discussed at length;

Buyers vs. Sellers. Period. The more stock issued and outstanding- the more buyers are needed to drive the price up.

Simple. Nothing to do with selling little cars. Tell people that you are invested in a husband/wife corporation controlled by a different majority shareholder that has a storefront, website, and eBay store and they lose $15 for every $1 they take in and see what the people say;

That's why you look past the business of all of these stocks and buy and sell them and make money. They all know that the story and sizzle sells; somebody is making money somewhere.

As for the back and forth and back and forth and back and forth about whether the company is selling stock; the 10QSB due August 14 will tell the tale. Previous SEC filings;
