I agree jk, the name change might not do much but I think the Dec. financials definitely will if they reflect the contracts with Optimed.

I am a bit nervous too, but stand with Rama that the Dec financials will reflect orders from Optimedical and hopefully more. I find it very fascinating that the stock hasn't taken off yet. All stocks are valued on a forward looking basis. While we have not yet received a revised anticipated revenue for 2012, Toland has stated that he did receive a revised statement; it just hasn't been PR'd. We know about the ten million from Optimedical and the nine million from the potential acquisition. I am just very surprised that nothing has happened with the pps yet. Well, at least in a positive way. Our time will come. I don't think they will do an r/s, as I am convinced that we will be at a 100 million market cap rather soon. I really don't see why they would need to do an r/s. If they anticipate a large market cap, the pps should rise to a level that would allow them to move to a different exchange. I simply don't see the need, though there may be something I am not seeing in the equation. I also have alot of friends that invest but will only invest in companies with 100 million market caps. I imagine that once we hit that level, we will see more investors. GO $CNUV!
