IMO the buyer got a deal. I wouldn't make much of this news. BV is our play. However the East Holly Leases represent non-producing acreage but it certainly has production possibilities at one time they intended to use it for production income. They need money and are focused on BV. Cannot afford to develop LA acreage. AS PR said they made the big bucks on the lower formations already.
