Trond, there are clearly potential catalysts out there, and hopefully (today maybe at that conference?) we'll get additional guidance on what actually happened/is going on.

In my experience, biotechs do not wait until they get down to coins in the sofa cushions to fund. They usually want to keep a running 12 months in the bank. Unless CLSN sees a catalyst in the next few months, they're going to have to contemplate a dilutive funding. There will need to be SOME source of liquidity extension coming soon. Some forms would be OK, others would be painful for shareholders.

It is what it is. It's always best to be sober about prospects. I largely bet on the interim, and lost. I refuse to pretend to myself that that's not what happened (for me). Anybody who is just straight long the stock could well have a different perspective.

Regards,
Tasty

On cash, why so hard? "Dire need", etc.

Well, the jury is in, and it's BAU for CLSN.

Your logic wasn't wrong by the way, trond. But this is just what these guys do. It's about keeping it going, first, always, no matter what.

But on the bright side -- they got $15mm at $2.31 and change with warrants. That's a vote of confidence, and should put a floor in above $2. If you're holding stock (as opposed to options), that should be a stabilizer.

I have more options than stock, so I hope Tardugno gets coal in his stocking.
