Like I said many times on this board....Open an account at Scottrade and you will be able to buy and sell $EMXC as you please.

I used zecco and they suck, I would not recommend them to nobody!

As for answering your question, Yes the chill will be lifted but if I was you I would run down and open that Scottrade account today and BUY, BUY, BUY before big news jumps the PPS up. GLTY!
