seeclear, sorry for the delay in responding.
I for one will not sell and if they succeed in going private, which I doubt very much
from what I have been reading, I will do everything I can to make sure, that what they do
do from this day forward is on the up and up. I am getting fed up with what I feel is not just
unethical, but crooked.
This is not their company to do as they wish. A number of transactions have occurred
during the past couple of years, that do not appear to be proper business transactions.
The may hold a majority of shares, but we are still part owners. I understand the House
and the Senate will be holding hearings next year concerning deals that under normal
business practices would not be permitted. This may be a penny stock, but it's my penny.
I for one will not sell unless they pay it's true value. True value to me is at least a dollar
a share.
