That comment Paul made was a round about time frame. Nothing had to be in place by that exact date. That was just the estimation from his best view at that time. Which looks to have been a accurate estimate. There was a few things that were contingent on others. In addition to specific dates regarding warrants/shares/etc etc. From what I understand they have those ends tied up and are ready to formally relaunch the stock in the manner they wanted. With that said, I do believe it happens before the deadline discussed. In regards to the hold up; They did what they needed to do. I point that out because it's important new investors realize they never have had any issues. They strategically released filings and took the steps at the pace they wanted. They choose this as there best course.

In effect the Company is now fully reporting and has been for about week and half, hence along with Stock Name and Symbol is the the new addition of ( QB ) and the complete removal of the Yield symbol and notification off the OTC Board referencing the Stock Name and Symbol along with other company information regarding the Company as well as the Stock.
