It was a Tanzania mining publication. They listed some of the active mining companies like Barrick and Anglo, beneath them they listed three juniors which included LVCA. I found the article by following links on the Internet and cannot remember the exact publication. It just seemed to stand out when Lvca was shown with canaco and Tanzania royalty.
