Let's hope for the sake of shareholders that the judge rules as is best for the shareholders.

I don't think that any of us can judge that, there is too much emotional baggage to see clearly, and no where near enough facts.

I didn't like the outcome of the way CEO Jeff went about business for N, so I don't know why I would expect better here.

So far, CEO Joe, has appeared to not sell shares, and still has appeared to add value, yet there appeared to be a cloud about how he became CEO, but perhaps the cloud was man-made.

What the future will bring....probably short term.....a lot more arguing.

PP- 2 of my 3 lottery tickets "become more valuable" IF JEFF is confirmed as QASP CEO continuously from SEPT 22, 2010... just think how may hats he wore AT ONE TIME as a protector of stockholders in various companies AT THE SAME TIME.

what will joe have... lots of debt and dirt plus a bad attitude... fireworks and a BIG PAYDAY for some lotto ticket holders in the future..

think ""disgorgement""

ALL OF COURSE JUST IN MY HUMBLE OPINION

quarters are wonderful
