The shareholders did not return the voting sheets with enough shares for him to make the sale. This told Black that WE thought it was worth more than a penny so he cancelled the sale the of the company.
This is fact straight from the company. The massive decline in share price is due to MM's shorting and manipulating the pps with no regard for the company or the people invested in it.
Even you, as a shareholder, should be infuriated at what is going on. Do you have L2? Do you understand what you are seeing when you look at it? It has nothing to do with people thinking the company is a scam and EVERYTHING to do with MM's trying to short HNSS into bankruptcy so that they don't have to cover any of their short positions. They have more money than we do so they are winning.
Only Black & HNSS are going to be able to get us out of this mess.
