They hold none and as of the last time they addressed it, had filed none. It's in their OTCmarkets.com filings.

Spencer is a very prudent and experienced businessman.

Of course it is his fiduciary responsibility to keep GOSY secrets secret.

As we all know, GOSY hasn't had the funds to secure patents. Yet they have maintained patent rights with their routine usage of NDA's.

However, if GOSY had patented their GeckoNav software when it was invented, about 13-14 years ago, those patents would be near expiration. Since those proprietary algorithms were NOT patented, GOSY still has exclusive right and usage of them.

Good thinking, I believe.
