It will help your "scam" run if they file. My bad for thinking this was a real company. I believed Glover's BS press. You're right-it's a scam, so we'll play it for the pump and then dump, as it's clearly not real. That's a smart strategy, so let's load the boat down here, then sell on the imminent pump.

While i understand your point about filing, really, how difficult can it be to do a return when your sales figure is very easy to track..... $0., virtually no expenses, little R and D, no staff, no payroll. Truthfully, a monkey could do the financials for this company in one evening. Credibility comes by doing the right thing. The least they could have done running up into this "surge" everyone is expecting is FILE ON TIME. its all about CREDIBILITY!
